**FARMERS MARKET UPDATE**

We are so sorry for any confusion around the Grayslake Farmers Market. Between bad weather and scheduling conflicts we have had to change our market dates.

We will be at the Market August 26th from 3-7...pending any monsoon or heat wave that comes our way 😂

The second date will be in September, which we are still nailing down. We hope to see everyone come out and support us, as well as all the other wonderful small businesses of Grayslake.

Again, sorry for any confusion!! 🤦‍♀️

💙 **A Recovery & Schedule Update** 💙

First, I want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your patience, understanding, and support while I've been healing from my fractured shoulder. Your kind messages and encouragement have meant so much to me throughout this journey.

I'm happy to share that my orthopedic surgeon has confirmed that I will not need surgery! While I still have healing ahead of me and will continue physical therapy, this is a huge milestone, and I'm incredibly grateful.

I have officially been cleared to begin offering:
✨ Lymphatic Drainage
✨ Cupping Therapy
✨ Cryotherapy

My schedule is now open for these services, and I'll continue adding more appointment days and times as the school year begins and my availability expands.
