😂 It’s LMT, not masseuse! Put some respect on my license! 😭💆🏾‍♂️ I went to school for this, not to be confused with those oil rubbing dudes! 🤣

😂 POV: You booked a massage, not a date! 😭💆🏾‍♂️

PSA: Massage therapy is professional healthcare, not a sexual service. Consent and boundaries go BOTH ways! 😂

We relieve muscle tension, not sexual tension! 🤣

What if you didn’t have to choose between therapeutic treatment and relaxation?

At Prolific Wellness Touch, I blend the focused approach of Neuromuscular Therapy with the smooth, relaxing techniques of traditional massage.

🎯 Targeted NMT work to address areas of muscular tension and dysfunction.

🙌 Effleurage and flowing techniques to help you relax while keeping the treatment connected from head to toe.

🔥 Then we finish with Infrared Sauna to complete the recovery experience.

From your head → neck → shoulders → back → hips → legs → feet, the goal is to treat the body as a whole—not just spend an hour attacking the spot that hurts.

Clinical enough to make a difference.
Relaxing enough to enjoy the process.

That’s the Prolific experience.

Knee or hip pain? Your thighs could be part of the problem. 👀

Your quads and adductors do a LOT more than move your legs.

They help control your hips, stabilize your knees, and support you every time you walk, run, squat, or train.

When these muscles become tight, overworked, or develop trigger points, they can contribute to restricted movement and discomfort around the hips, thighs, and knees.

In this session, I’m using Neuromuscular Therapy to address the quads and adductor muscle group and improve the way the lower body moves and feels.

Sometimes where you FEEL the pain isn’t the only area that needs attention. 🎯

2 miles. 2 completely different goals. 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥

Mile 1️⃣ — 5K pace: 11:06/mi ⚡️
Mile 2️⃣ — Zone 2: 17:06/mi 🫀

Learning that becoming a better runner isn’t just about going fast. Some miles are about pushing the pace, and some are about building the engine.

Speed + endurance. ⚡️🫀
Still learning. Still improving. Still putting miles in.

The road to a faster 5K continues… 📈

Took a few days off because of a slight cough, came back and hit a 10-minute mile! 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥

Sometimes progress means knowing when to rest and when to get back to work.

When I started this running journey, finishing a mile was the goal. Now I’m watching the time come down. 📈

1 mile. 10 minutes. We back. 💪🏾

Next goal: sub-10. ⏱️🔥

FIRST 5K DISTANCE COMPLETE! 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥

When I started this running journey, the goal was simple: run a mile. Then it became 2 miles. Today I pushed it to 3.1 miles — my first full 5K distance.

45:02. No stopping. Mission accomplished. 💪🏾

I’m learning that progress doesn’t happen overnight. It’s one run, one mile, one step at a time. I’m not worried about being the fastest right now—I’m focused on becoming better, stronger, and more disciplined every time I lace up.

First 5K distance in the books. ✅
Now it’s time to get faster.

Stress has a way of showing up in your neck and shoulders.

Ever notice how your shoulders creep up toward your ears after a stressful day?

Mental stress often leads to physical muscle tension, especially in the neck, upper traps, and shoulders. Over time, that tension can contribute to stiffness, headaches, reduced mobility, and persistent discomfort.

Neuromuscular Therapy helps identify and release areas of muscle tension so your body can move and feel better.

Don’t ignore what your body has been trying to tell you.

2 miles. No stopping. 🏃🏾‍♂️

A few weeks ago, I was celebrating my first mile. Today, I completed 2 miles without stopping for the first time.

This journey isn’t about being the fastest. It’s about becoming more disciplined than I was yesterday.

Every run teaches me patience. Every mile builds confidence. Every step gets me closer to my first 5K.

I’m trusting the process, staying consistent, and enjoying the progress.

Next stop: 3.1 miles. 💪🏾🔥
