Well, we’re finally back! 😊🎉

After being locked out of our Facebook account for what feels like forever — **about six months!** — we’re excited to say that we finally regained access today! 🙌

We’ve missed being able to share what’s been happening at Pathways Day Training, and we’re looking forward to getting back to posting pictures, activities, special events, and all the fun things our participants and staff have been up to.

So, stay tuned! We’ll be getting things rolling again and hopefully have some new posts coming your way very soon.

Notice of Closure
Due to continued adverse weather and hazardous road conditions, Pathways Carter Adult Day Training will be closed on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. This decision has been made out of an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of the individuals we serve and our staff.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to remain safe during this time.

Due to continued severe weather and road conditions the Pathways Carter County Adult Day Training center in Grayson, KY will be closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

For the safety of our consumers and staff, Pathways Outpatient and Administrative offices will be closed again tomorrow, January 27th. Appointments scheduled this day may still be provided through telehealth. If this is an option for you, a provider will contact you with more information. Our CRRU East & West locations will REMAIN OPEN.
