I broke my arm last month…. The body has an innate ability to heal itself. From closing a paper cut to mending a fractured bone, or bodies can heal. What we do matters. Sleep, nutrition, supplements, exercise, meditation, maintaining stress levels, alternative therapies, (I have found acupuncture, reiki, and sound therapy to be most helpful), and Occupational and Physical therapy are all important parts of the healing process.
