I’m returning to New York City this fall to offer an in-person Family & Systemic Constellation workshop.

Constellations offer a way of seeing beneath the stories we tell about our lives into the deeper patterns, loyalties, and entanglements that can shape our relationships, families, health, work, and sense of direction.

We’ll work experientially with issues participants bring, which may include:

• Family and ancestral patterns
• Relationships, intimacy, and sexuality
• Blended and complex family systems
• Healing mother and father wounds
• Children who are struggling
• Health, chronic illness, and symptoms
• Pre- and perinatal trauma
• Money, success, and vocation
• Organizational and professional relationships
• Grief, loss, and unresolved family events
• Shadow dynamics and repeating patterns

You’re welcome to come with a specific issue you’d like to explore—or simply participate as a representative and experience the work.

I haven’t offered workshops regularly in NYC for the past few years, so I’m especially looking forward to bringing this work back to the city.

MAKING THE INVISIBLE VISIBLE

A free online Family Constellation workshop series with Lucian Schloss, LMHC—Family Constellation Facilitator and Trainer.

Family and Systemic Constellations can bring hidden relationships, unconscious loyalties, and intergenerational patterns into view. In this five-part experiential series, we’ll explore the systemic forces shaping health, complex families, stuckness, success, and our ability to help others.

Each two-hour workshop includes:

✦ A short teaching✦ An experiential exercise in pairs✦ A live constellation for one participant

No previous constellation experience is required. You may participate, volunteer as a representative, or simply observe.

They have far greater flexibility than social or moral laws that have been invented by societies or individuals and that must be obeyed to the letter. They are also different from the rules of a game that can be modified to suit the circumstances or according to whim. The orders are simply there. Love requires what it requires, and it’s immune to individuals’ wishing that its requirements were different. You can’t break the order as you break a law, but the Orders of Love can, and do, break individuals who insist on ignoring them. Do you ever feel like the same patterns keep repeating in your life?

The same relationship dynamics.
The same emotional struggles.
The same blocks that won’t seem to move.

Freud called this repetition compulsion—the tendency for unresolved experiences to repeat themselves.

Family Constellation work shows that these repetitions are often larger than the individual. Unresolved events in the family system can echo across generations, as the system attempts to restore balance and belonging.

The past repeats itself in an attempt to complete something.

When we come into right relationship with the past, the future begins to emerge.

Family Constellations allow us to see the hidden dynamics in the larger field of the family system and gently restore order where it has been lost.

This opens space for something new.

The family soul reaches back generations—and so do our entanglements.
In Family Constellations, we discover that many of the struggles we carry aren’t personal flaws or failures… they’re inheritances of love, loyalty, and unfinished stories from those who came before us.

From Dec 26–28 at Kripalu, I’ll be guiding a retreat on The Orders of Love, where we explore how hidden dynamics in the family system become visible—and how seeing them with respect and truth brings freedom, peace, and a deeper belonging.

can be seen differently through systemic perception.

A trained Constellation facilitator doesn’t just listen to the story…
They perceive the hidden order.
⁣
The Orders of Love are not just theoretical ideas.
They are the organizing principles of all living relational systems.
⁣
They are nothing less than the Physics of Relationship.
⁣
This is the foundation of my work and the core of my upcoming training.

Saturn has entered Aries.
This marks the beginning of a new kind of test—not about speed or conquest, but about responsibility. It’s the archetype of the warrior who carries the child, who protects the future, who gives up personal freedom to serve something more important.

From Saint Christopher to The Mandalorian and The Last of Us, we see the same story: strength redirected toward care, duty becoming love.
