We often think meaningful health changes require dramatic action, but research suggests the opposite. Consistent, sustainable habits tend to be more effective - and more lasting - than extreme overhauls.

Your muscles don’t know how old you are. They only know whether you’re using them.

One of the most fascinating findings in aging research is that muscle remains remarkably adaptable throughout life. Clinical studies have shown that adults in their 70s, 80s, and even 90s can increase strength and build muscle when challenged with appropriate resistance training.

Why does this matter?
