Green Apple Counseling is Great Falls' homegrown place for mental health, addiction, and recovery services. We offer many things from mental health and chemical dependency counseling and evaluations, Batterer's Intervention, Prime for Life, Trauma Recovery & Support Groups, Dungeons & Dragons (yes D&D!) based therapy groups for youth and so much more.
