A little reminder from your massage therapist 🩵

Life happens…and my goal is always to hold both good boundaries and grace.

I do my best to create flexibility and care while also protecting the time reserved for each client.

A slight change to the cancellation policy:
✨ More than 24 hours notice → No fee
✨ Less than 24 hours notice → 50% of session fee
✨ No-shows → 100% of session fee

If you have a fever, COVID, flu, or other contagious symptoms, let me know as soon as possible and we’ll make a new plan…no cancellation fee.

If cancellations become a recurring pattern, I may ask that future appointments be booked using same-day availability or through the waitlist rather than reserving appointments far in advance. This helps ensure appointment times remain available for all clients.

And one gentle ask: please help me honor these boundaries by not requesting exceptions outside of the policy. Keeping it consistent allows me to care for everyone fairly.

I’ve been experiencing some ongoing issues with the MassageBook email system, which means emails don’t always send reliably or reach everyone’s inbox.

Because of that, I’ll be moving more of my communication to my website and newsletter.
