If you’ve been putting off your BLS renewal, this is your last chance to get it done this weekend.

I have a few last-minute spots available this Saturday, September 5th:

Greeley – 10:30 AM
Loveland – 3:00 PM

I’m also offering a blended BLS option in Greeley at 1:30 PM for anyone who can’t make it to a full in-person class. You can complete most of the course online and then come in for your hands-on skills sign-off.

There have been some important updates to choking response guidelines since October 2025. If you learned CPR and choking response before then, I highly recommend taking a few minutes to review the changes and make sure your knowledge is up to date.
