Michelle is a licensed physical therapist who practices a patient-centered and holistic approach to therapy. She values sustainable treatment that is focused not just on exercises to treat an injury, but prevention of injury through education and proactive therapies. She helps people of all ages to meet their goals and get back to living their most fulfilling life, whether that be running a marath

on, or simply being able to reduce falls in daily life. Helping patients return to doing what they love is what fuels Michelle's passion for her profession. Michelle received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mayo School of Health Sciences in Rochester, MN in 2015. In 2018, she became a Vestibular Therapy Specialist, allowing her to expand her knowledge of treating patients experiencing dizziness and vertigo. She also received her Pilate's Mat Certification in 2019 and enjoys incorporating Pilate's based exercises into her treatment programs and teaching one-on-one Pilate's sessions. Michelle lives in Green Bay, WI and enjoys running, reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and young daughter.
