We are Christian and Tiffany with our daughter Ella Kate. Our journey started long before Ella, but we ultimately realized she was our why. We are continually searching for natural options and whole food sources for our family to reduce our toxic load on ou

r bodies. My biggest reason for making elderberry syrup was to provide an immune booster for my daughter after her first birthday. I wanted something to support her body’s natural healing process. ⁣⁣I kept hearing about elderberry syrup and when I started researching I was taken back by the power of this berry plus the combination with other herbs + spices. It hit me when I went to the store that the ingredients and cost were not going to fly with me. Specific ingredients like dyes, fake/processed sugars + added unnecessary vitamins that naturally occur in elderberry are just a few that I found. So naturally I was drawn to making my own recipe.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Not only does it taste great but my daughter is obsessed with it especially when we make elderberry syrup gummy bears - her giggles are the cherry on top when she chews them up! I say that’s a win!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

We’re so excited to be back at Givens Farm Estate + the Appleton Farmers Market this month!

Then, at the end of September, we’re heading to the annual Girls Night Out by Della Jewelry at Paradise North Distillery! BUT with a twist - Girls Night In! It’s always an amazing night—and this year, we’re adding a little cozy to the mix. 🍁

And the next day we are headed to  🍎 Green Bay Farmers Market — say hi to my hubby + Tabitha! 🍂 Manawa Fall Fest — find me there with ALL the goodies!

Sweet, tangy, creamy, and bold 🤌

Elderberry infused honey + goat cheese is my new favorite pairing.

When I asked a local cheese artisan what would go best with my honey, their answer did not disappoint—Caprine Supreme’s plain chèvre is perfect with it. That balance of sweetness and tang is unreal.

Want something more savory? Try their Maple Jalapeño chèvre with the elderberry honey. Sweet, spicy, and creamy all in one bite 🔥
