Hello! I’m April. I’m an LMT, reiki master, sound healer and yoga instructor.
I graduated from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork in 2011. I received my Reiki master attunement in 2015 from the healing arts connection in phoenix. I then attended SWIHA in Tempe in 2016. I rounded out my education with attaining 500hr advanced yoga teacher training, 200 hour holistic nutrition coaching and life coaching certificates. In 2018 I did a sound healing training in Sedona Arizona and bought two of my beautiful crystal bowls. I went on to get certified in Yoga Nidra in 2020 and I received my somatic breath work training in 2022.
My greatest joy is working with women to help them slow down, relax and pamper themselves. I calm the mind and body by bringing balance to the Nervous system.
It is a privilege to be the person you trust to help you come back to yourself. Being able to have a client let go and fully relax in my presence is the highest honor.
