"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." — Psalm 46:1

No matter what challenges we face, God remains our refuge, our source of strength, and our constant companion. When life feels uncertain, we can rest in the assurance that He is near, guiding us through every storm.

This Independence Day, we honor the brave men and women in our military who have laid down their lives so that we may live in freedom.

At our clinic, we carry that spirit forward by standing for the most fundamental freedom, the right to life. We support women, protect the unborn, and offer hope rooted in faith, compassion, and dignity.

The devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus invites us to contemplate the immense love Christ has for every human person. His Heart, pierced on the Cross, remains a visible sign of a love that is faithful, sacrificial, and unending. In a world that often measures our worth by success, productivity, or popularity, the Sacred Heart reminds us that our value comes from being deeply loved by God.

The Heart of Jesus is both wounded and victorious. It bears the marks of rejection, suffering, and betrayal, yet it continues to pour out mercy and grace. This reveals an important truth about Christian love: authentic love is not diminished by sacrifice but perfected through it. Christ's Heart remains open, inviting all people, saints and sinners alike, to come to Him with confidence.

As we reflect on the Sacred Heart, we are called not only to receive His love but also to imitate it. We are challenged to be patient when wronged, compassionate toward those who suffer, and generous in our service to others. The Sacred Heart teaches us that true strength is found not in power, but in self-giving love.

This month, may we entrust our joys, sorrows, hopes, and fears to the Heart of Jesus. May we find rest in His mercy, confidence in His providence, and the courage to love as He loves.

"The righteous man walks in his integrity; blessed are his children after him." — Proverbs 20:7

Today, we give thanks for the fathers, grandfathers, godfathers, and spiritual fathers who faithfully lead, protect, and love their families.

Fatherhood is a reflection of God's own fatherly love, a love that is steadfast, sacrificial, and life-giving. As we celebrate Father's Day, let us pray for all fathers: that they may be strengthened in their vocation, guided by wisdom, and filled with the grace to lead their families closer to Christ.
