Hello, September! 🍎🍯

There’s plenty happening at McCormick this month! Our Friends have a full calendar of music, bingo, outings, movies, exercise, ice cream, karaoke and more.

We’re especially looking forward to a few September adventures, including trips to the Mulva Cultural Center and the Convent in Manitowoc, plus lots of live music and fun right here at home. 🍂🎶

We’re still smiling about this one. 💚🏈

Our McCormick Friends had the chance to take the field alongside the Kaukauna High School Football team for a day that turned into something pretty special.

The laughs, the high fives, the cheering, the friendships… this was about so much more than football. It was about bringing generations together, trying something new, and reminding everyone that there’s no age limit on being part of the team.

We’re so proud of our Friends for jumping right in, and so thankful to the incredible Kaukauna athletes and everyone who helped make this day happen.

🏈 Monday is GAME DAY! 🏈

We’re just a few days away from a pretty special morning at the Bank of Kaukauna Football Field! 💚🏈

This Monday, August 24, our Friends from St. Paul Elder Services and McCormick Assisted Living will take the field alongside Kaukauna High School football players for our very first Senior Living Football League game!

And trust us, this is one you’re going to want to see. Come fill the stands, cheer on our athletes, and help us make this morning one our Friends (and their teammates!) won’t soon forget.

We're excited to officially introduce the Senior Living Football League (SLFL)!

On Monday, August 24, Friends from St. Paul Elder Services and McCormick Assisted Living will take the field alongside Kaukauna High School football players for a one-of-a-kind football experience celebrating teamwork, inclusion, and community.

Together, our Friends and the Ghosts will team up as co-athletes, proving that the game of football has the power to bring generations together and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Tuesday was made for summer picnics! ☀️🍦

Our McCormick Friends gathered for our annual Summer Picnic, and the afternoon had a little bit of everything we love; good food, live music, family and friends: plenty of visiting, and of course, a visit from the ice cream truck!

Even Willow joined in on the fun and made sure to make her rounds. 🐾

🌻 August is shaping up to be a wonderful month at McCormick Assisted Living! 🌻

From our Annual Summer Cookout, Rattlers baseball game outing, and a shopping trip, to happy hour, Tom's Tunes, an ice cream truck social, Bingo, and plenty of music, movement, and fellowship, there's something to enjoy all month long.

Whether we're heading out into the community, celebrating with friends, or simply sharing laughs together at home, August is full of opportunities to make meaningful memories.

Today, we celebrate 250 years of our nation's history and the freedoms that bring us together.

As we gather with family, friends, and neighbors, we're especially grateful for the generations who have shaped our communities through courage, service, kindness, and sacrifice. Their legacy reminds us that the strongest communities are built by caring for one another.

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at St. Paul Elder Services & McCormick Assisted Living. 💙👔

Today, we celebrate the many ways fathers and father figures share their love, wisdom, strength, and care with others. From dads and grandpas to stepdads, adoptive and foster fathers, mentors, and all those who guide and support others with kindness — today is for you.

We also hold close those who may be carrying grief, missing someone they love, navigating complicated relationships, longing to become fathers, or simply needing a little extra support today.

No matter what this day looks like for you, we hope you are reminded that you are seen, valued, and deeply loved. In the quiet sacrifices, steady presence, and unconditional love shown by fathers, we catch a glimpse of the faithful love of our Heavenly Father, who walks beside us and calls each of us His beloved children.
