Bringing together two established national brands, Any Lab Test Now (est. 1993) and ARCpoint Labs (est. 1998), we offer a unique combination of private-pay laboratory testing and comprehensive occupational health services.
We opened in Green Bay on August 1, 2025, celebrated our first anniversary this past August, and are now in our second year of business. We’ve moved from startup mode into growth mode, are expanding our on-site and after-hours occupational health services, and are preparing for future expansion into a second location.
🩸 THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking an experienced, dependable, customer-focused professional with strong venipuncture skills and a commitment to accuracy, quality, and exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Performing blood draws and venipuncture with confidence and accuracy.
✔️ Collecting, processing, labeling, and documenting specimens.
✔️ Supporting occupational health collections, including DOT and non-DOT drug testing, as qualified and authorized.
✔️ Greeting customers, answering phones, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
✔️ Educating customers about our services and supporting daily laboratory operations.
✔️ Participating in on-site and after-hours collections as our business continues to grow.
Occupational health specimen collection experience is strongly preferred. We are willing to provide applicable DOT and non-DOT collector training and certification for the right candidate.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum five years of relevant phlebotomy, medical assisting, or closely related clinical experience.
• Demonstrated venipuncture competency.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and dependability.
• Flexibility to support occasional on-site and after-hours assignments.

💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $20–$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
