📞 988 Day is September 8! 💙

On September 8, join us in spreading awareness of the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline and reminding our community that support is available when you need it.

You don’t have to be in crisis to reach out. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling emotionally, or simply need someone to talk to, 988 connects you with free, compassionate support from trained counselors.

As part of 988 Day, Family Services is creating a Wall of Hope—a space where people in our community can share encouraging words, positive thoughts, and supportive messages about mental health.

Our staff are invited to take a moment to write something positive. Whether responding to a question on a provided sheet or simply sharing a message of their own, every kind word has the potential to lift someone up. đź’™

📱 Call or text 988 to connect with support.

Take a moment on 988 Day to learn about 988, share its resources, and spread a little hope. You never know when your words—or knowing where to turn—could make a difference for someone who needs it most. 💙
