There is something so special about watching a vision come to life.

The Alchemist Mala is finished, and Chelsie has created one of the most beautiful pieces I have ever seen. Every bead was chosen with intention. Every stone carries its own energy, wisdom, and medicine. Together they create something that feels powerful, transformative, and deeply connected.

This isn’t just a mala.

It’s a reminder that we are all alchemists.

We are constantly taking the experiences life hands us—the joy, the grief, the lessons, the challenges, the heartbreak, the victories—and transforming them into wisdom, growth, and something entirely new.

This piece features a stunning labradorite pendant wrapped in gold, symbolizing transformation, intuition, and the magic that exists just beyond what we can see. Mountain turquoise encourages truth and authentic expression. Agate brings stability and grounding. Chrysocolla supports communication from the heart. ✨ Client Story ✨

Yesterday, one of my clients said something that really stopped me in my tracks.

She has done a lot of healing work over the years and continues to invest in herself through various therapies and healing modalities. As we were talking after her session, she shared something profound.

She told me that Spinal Flow has been just as healing for her as EMDR therapy.

If you don’t know what EMDR is, I encourage you to look it up. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a well-respected therapy that helps people process and integrate traumatic experiences.

Now, I want to be clear—Spinal Flow and EMDR are very different approaches, and one is not a replacement for the other.

What touched me was hearing her describe the impact both have had on her healing journey.

As someone who has witnessed hundreds of Spinal Flow sessions, I understand exactly what she meant.

So many of us spend years carrying stress, trauma, grief, fear, and overwhelm within our nervous systems. We learn to survive. We learn to cope. We keep moving forward because we have to.

But eventually the body begins asking for something more than survival.

It begins asking for healing.

Spinal Flow focuses on the nervous system—the master control system of the body. Through gentle access points along the spine, we help the body reconnect to its own innate wisdom and healing potential.

When the nervous system begins to feel safe, the body often starts letting go of patterns it has been holding onto for years.

Sometimes that looks physical.

Sometimes it looks emotional.

Sometimes it looks like a deep sense of peace that someone hasn’t felt in a very long time.

I’ve watched clients laugh, cry, breathe deeper, sleep better, feel lighter, and reconnect with themselves in ways they never expected.

Healing is not one-size-fits-all.

For some people, counseling is life-changing.

For others, EMDR is a critical piece of their journey.

For many, nervous system work becomes another beautiful layer of support.

I believe there is room for all of it.

Because healing isn’t about choosing one path over another. It’s about finding the tools that help you come home to yourself.

And yesterday, I was reminded once again just how powerful that journey can be. 💛
