Most people don’t realize this…
A few slow deep breaths can actually change what’s happening inside your body in real time.

Your body doesn’t just need movement…
sometimes it needs a moment to breathe.

Try this today:
🫁 Inhale for 4 seconds
⏸ Hold for 3 seconds
🌬 Exhale slowly for 6 seconds

Repeat a few times and notice how your body feels after.

Breathing is something we do automatically…
but intentional breathing can be powerful.
