First colonoscopy DONE! ✅🙌🏾

🔥And I was asked about my WON-day shirt!! ❤️🤩

I don’t know what my eyes are doing post-anesthesia 😂, but everything is **NORMAL**, and I thank God! 🙏🏾💜

Best news? **See you again in 10 years!**

**Women 45+, this season of life is about more than rediscovering who we are—it’s also about taking care of the bodies carrying us into our next chapter.**

We spend so much time caring for everyone else. Let’s make sure we're keeping up with our own preventive care and recommended screenings, too.

Supporting women means reminding each other to take care of our **whole selves—mind, body, and spirit.** 💜
