Physical activity is the key to living a longer and healthier life. It helps improve sleep quality, mental health, and allows us to maintain strength and mobility. Yoga, stretching, walking, and water aerobics are all fantastic ways to get your blood pumping and body moving!

Today is Senior Health and Fitness Day! We're prioritizing both our physical and mental health by moving our bodies and getting outside. We'd love to hear about your favorite ways to move and how you prioritize well-being!

A beautiful day at Freedom Park! Jose took our residents out to enjoy the walking trails the fresh air and peaceful nature views. They ended the morning with a lovely picnic surrounded by sunshine, laughter, and great company. These moments of connection are what make life at the Cottages at Palm Beach so special!

Our residents enjoyed a beautiful day at Okeeheelee Nature Center! They explored exhibits, learned about Florida’s incredible wildlife, and were absolutely delighted to meet and greet animals native to our state. From feathered friends to scaly neighbors, the experience brought smiles, curiosity, and plenty of memorable moments.

Cinco de Mayo at the Cottages was a fiesta to remember! Our residents and guests celebrated with lively entertainment, Margaritas, and delicious tacos!
