Share this with someone who's still in treatment. There is life after breast cancer.

What you say after a breast cancer diagnosis matters more than you think.

Swap pity for encouragement. Ask how they're feeling today. Offer one specific thing, like dinner on Thursday.

20-year survivor Stephanie Perry said it best: "You got this. Keep moving."

Share this with someone who needs to hear that breast cancer isn't the end of the story.

20 years on, breast cancer survivor Stephanie Perry still goes for her follow-up check-ups. Every 6 months for the first 10 years, then once a year. She gets it done.

That's life after breast cancer. You don't stop paying attention just because treatment ended, you stay on top of it.

When did you last check your breasts? If you can't remember, today's the day.

Breast cancer awareness month fills October with pink ribbons. The bigger job? Knowing what's normal for your body, so you notice when something changes.

Take 5 minutes. Look in the mirror, then feel with your fingers, right up to your armpit. Watch for a lump, dimpled skin, a change in size or shape, or any change to the ni**le.

Spotted something? Book in with your doctor. Not every change means cancer, but every change deserves a check.

She found it herself, in the shower. 20 years later, Stephanie Perry is still here to tell the story.

Stephanie, a 20-year breast cancer survivor, shares the moment she found the lump, the panic that hit straight away, and the faith that carried her through.

Get to know what's normal for your body. If something feels different, book in with your doctor.
