True stress management and emotional wellness aren’t about pretending everything is fine. Sometimes, it involves a process of clearing out—shedding the old habits, the heavy thoughts, and the tension that no longer serves us so that fresh, new growth has room to breathe.
If you are in a season of shedding or feeling the weight of a transition, remember that you are simply clearing space for what is to come. Be gentle with yourself in the empty spaces. 🤍
