Maddy has been an incredible asset to our team and a joy to supervise. As an RBT working toward becoming a BCBA, she consistently demonstrates a strong passion for learning and growing within the field. She brings a positive attitude every single day, always wearing a smile and uplifting those around her.
Maddy is a true team player who is always willing to step in, help others, and go above and beyond for both her clients and coworkers. Her dedication to helping clients meet their goals is evident in the care, patience, and effort she puts into every session. She is dependable, compassionate, and genuinely committed to making a difference in the lives of the families she serves.
I am incredibly thankful to have Maddy on my team and have no doubt that she has a very bright future ahead of her as a BCBA. I cannot wait to see all that she accomplishes in the years to come!
