The wait is over… I’m back! 🤍✨

After two weeks of sunshine, family time, and recharging my own cup, I’m officially back in the office!

There’s truly nothing like helping someone walk out feeling lighter than when they walked in. I’ve missed the conversations, the laughs, and being part of your healing journey.

If you’ve been putting off taking care of yourself, consider this your sign. Your body has been patiently waiting for you. 💚
