Hello, I just wanted to let my valued clients know that my family has suffered the loss of a great man this week. Just reflecting on my service menu, what’s working, what’s not. I have some add-ons that don’t sell much: foot scrubs, hand scrubs. I also have several services that don’t book that often: hot stones, mud wraps, & 2 hour massage sessions. Should I just discontinue these things altogether?

Confession - I also really dislike doing a 60 minute full body session, though this is one of most popular services. Aside from those interested in just pure relaxation, I frequently run over the 60 minutes & end up absorbing the cost of the extra 5-10 minutes. I’m considering adding a 75 minute option priced at $108, dropping the less popular options mentioned above.

Can my faithful clients please chime in with thoughts/suggestions?
