It’s been 10 years of being a massage therapist as of October 16th! 🤯 I don’t know how time has went so fast. The most rewarding part is knowing how powerful touch can be.

One of the words that describes this weekend! We had Jessica lead us in another amazing sound bath experience with an altar release.

2 men and 7 women joined on Saturday to let go and take a moment to pause and rest 🧘🏽‍♀️ It was great to see everyone show up and give themselves permission to breathe

What is a sound bath? No it has nothing to do with water ! 💦

Your body has been on high alert all week. Holding it together, carrying the list, falling asleep still wired. You don’t need one more thing to fix. You need your nervous system to finally exhale.

Here’s what happens when you lie down in our sound bath:

😮‍💨 Your breath slows without you forcing it

🫠 Your shoulders drop from wherever they’ve been living

🎶 Singing bowls, chimes and drums fill the room until your mind has nothing left to chase.

🥱 Warm blankets and pillows are allowed for extra comfort
