We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative individual to join our team serving both our Assisted Living and Independent Living residents.

This is not just an activities job.

We’re looking for someone who can turn ordinary days into meaningful experiences. Someone who can go from planning a themed happy hour… to leading trivia… to organizing a gardening club… to helping a resident rediscover a forgotten hobby.

The right person understands that enrichment is more than entertainment — it’s connection, dignity, purpose, and joy.

💙 What You’ll Do:
• Plan engaging activities, events, outings, and enrichment opportunities
• Encourage participation and build meaningful relationships with residents
• Create opportunities for socialization, creativity, movement, and lifelong learning
• Help create warm, festive, and welcoming community spaces
• Bring energy, positivity, and fresh ideas into our community every day

✨ What We’re Looking For:
• Creativity and genuine passion for working with seniors
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Positive, self-motivated personality
• Someone who thinks outside the box and loves people

Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, education, or event planning is helpful — but heart, creativity, and compassion matter most.

🌿 What an incredible afternoon at our Wellness & Resource Expo at The Woods!

We were so excited to see such a wonderful turnout from residents, families, and community members who came out to connect, learn, and explore local wellness resources. We had engaging conversations, helpful services, as well as delicious food and drink that made the event filled with energy and great company.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing vendors and everyone who attended and helped make the day such a success. We loved bringing the community together and look forward to hosting more events like this in the future! 💛
