On Tuesday, we were thrilled to host our annual concert with the Greenfield Military Band on the patio under beautiful blue skies and perfect 72-degree weather. Friends and families gathered to enjoy an incredible mix of music, from a Rodgers and Hammerstein medley to hits by Elton John — and even “Thriller”!

A huge thank you to the members of the Greenfield Military Band for an amazing performance and a wonderful evening of music and community.

Grass skirts, flower leis, and plenty of smiles made for the perfect luau-style celebration as we wrapped up National Skilled Nursing Care Week festivities! 🌺🌴🎶

Residents and staff enjoyed singing along with Tessa Anderson to favorites like “Let It Be,” “You Are My Sunshine,” “Country Roads,” and more. To top it all off, staff were treated to a delicious BBQ featuring kabobs and all the tasty sides. A wonderful way to celebrate a fun-filled week together!

A wonderful day was shared with friends old and new as we planted beautiful impatiens in the lovely flower pots residents painted so creatively last week. 🌸🎨

Thank you to everyone who pitched in and helped make the planting process such a fun and meaningful experience. The teamwork, creativity, and smiles made the day extra special!

Flower Power Thursday was a groovy success! 🌸✌️ Residents had so much fun showing off their flower-power apparel, and the flower pots we painted earlier were finally put to great use with beautiful impatiens flowers. Everyone enjoyed helping plant and arrange the colorful blooms in their pots. 🌼

To top off the day, staff were treated to a wonderful make-your-own ice cream sundae bar that everyone enjoyed — even with the rainy and gray weather outside! 🍨💐

Celebrating Apple Pie Day in full color! 🌈🥧

Our building was filled with tie-dye, laughter, and appreciation as staff and residents joined in the fun. Staff enjoyed a delicious make-your-own fruit & yogurt parfait bar from Dining Services, along with fresh hot apple pies throughout the day. 🍎✨

To show our gratitude, team members spun the prize wheel for flower-themed goodies including seeds, stationery, and other cheerful surprises. 🌸

Meanwhile, residents in the Homestead community added their creative touch by painting flower pots in beautiful rainbow colors, getting them ready for planting this spring. 🌼🎨

Day 2 of National Skilled Nursing Care Week was a home run! ⚾🌼

We celebrated in our favorite baseball apparel and enjoyed adorable baseball cupcakes to match the fun. Dining Services treated staff to a delicious “build your own” chili dog and corn dog lunch that was a big hit!

Together, we also made our Tree of Thanks in the front lobby bloom with flowers filled with things we love, memories we cherish, and moments we are thankful for. To wrap up the day, we decorated colorful flower pots to tie into the NSNCW theme, Moments in Bloom. 🌸
