Today on 9/8, we want to recognize 988 day and National Su***de Prevention and Awareness Month. If you struggle with suicidal ideation, know that you are loved and valued. At Wellspring, we encourage you to reach out to call or text 988 for the crisis lifeline. Also, reach out to us, we'd be honored to walk alongside you as you journey towards wholeness and healing.

We also want to recognize those who have lost a loved one to su***de. We see you, too. We know the grieving process is ongoing and so we have created a special group just for those who have experienced this type of loss. Hope after Su***de meets on the first Tuesday of each month at Brandywine Community Church. For more information and to register, click here: https://wellspringind.org/groups

Our fall group launch is tomorrow night, and we are so excited. And the best part is this: many of our groups still have available space!

If you or someone you know is ready to take a step toward finding healing and wholeness, we're here to help with that first step (and the steps that come after the first).

Today, we want to highlight our newest group. This is a very special type of grief support group called Hope After Su***de.

Hope After Su***de is an open-share group that meets monthly to offer support, comfort, and biblical truth to those navigating grief and healing after losing a loved one to su***de.

All types of loss are hard, but sometimes finding healing after losing a loved one to su***de can take special time and attention. That is exactly why we created this group.

It will meet on the first Tuesday of each month and is open and ongoing. You can join anytime. If you or someone you know would benefit from this group, registration information can be found at wellspringind.org/groups

Today, we are highlighting our Grief Share group that will begin meeting again next Tuesday, August 4th at 6:15 pm.

Simply put, GriefShare is a 13-week seminar and support group designed to help people grieve and rebuild their lives. But it's more than that, it's about community.

If you've experienced the loss of a loved one and would like to connect with others who are walking a similar path towards healing, you can register at www.wellspringind.org/groups or by calling the center at 317-462-2015.

Today, we are highlighting our Divorce Care Group that starts Tuesday, August 4th at 6:30pm alongside our other groups.

Divorce Care is support group that guides participants on the path to recovery after divorce or separation.

Here is what one past participant had to say about the group: "I really enjoyed my group and I found everyone very kind, loving and accepting. It was a judgement free atmosphere where people really were willing to listen."

If you or someone you know could use some additional support as they heal from divorce or separation, we would be honored to walk alongside them.

Today we are highlighting our Redefine Grace group, which begins Tuesday, August 4th at 6:30 pm.

Redefine Grace is a 10-week, faith-based support group for 13-17 year old students in need of mental health solutions.

If there is a teen in your life that could use a little extra support in their wellness journey, our wonderful group leaders would love to walk alongside them.
