Western MA Doulas

Western MA Doulas Postpartum Care & Sensory Sleep Solutions Hi and welcome. Working with babies and helping you form a good sleep routine is also one of my specialties.

I'm so glad you chose to hop on over here and learn about how I can benefit you and your growing family. I'm a hard of hearing birth Doula that offers virtual pregnancy and labor support for anyone expecting a baby! (With the goal of being in the birth room with you!) I also offer unique in-home care as you navigate bringing your baby home and finding your new normal. Being deaf my whole life has

allowed me to see family dynamics in a whole new way and I took that learning strait to my clients and chose to help them get the sleep they need too. I'm also a mom, I've gone through all this four times and although I'm still learning (Got me a teen over here!) I know how to apply my skills to each family so that you too can have a child that thrives from good sleep.

If you have a baby between the ages of 3-12 months and you don’t want to fast-track sleep training but o at a slower pace. We can help. Just one overnight a week, typically for 4-8 weeks, allows us to navigate sleep training in a way that works for anxious parent’s and sleep deprived baby’s. What we don’t want is sleepless nights.

“They’ll grow out of it, baby’s don’t sleep” is a lie people tell parents so they feel guilty asking for help.

F- that noise.

Sleep is ESSENTIAL for brain development, muscle strength, body mobility, and physical growth. Your baby literally grows faster when they get quality (rem) sleep.
