Yesterday we closed another beautiful fourth trimester support group đź’• I love being apart of these groups and gaining friendships with the sweetest mamas and babies.

These groups are such a gift for mamas 0-4 months postpartum for them to find their tribe, gain support/ commraderie and feel less alone through the ups and downs of postpartum life. Sign up !

Hi everyone! It’s been a while and I feel like I need a reintroduction!

*My name is Jamie McGuire and I am a certified birth & postpartum doula. I primarily work as an overnight doula and I am also trained as a lactation education counselor.

*I am a mama to two beautiful girls (4&6) and have two bonus kids (8&10) and a pup (7)! My husband and I have been married 6 years and we love to travel ! I couldn’t do this without his amazing support!

*Prior to becoming a doula I was a paralegal and after I had my own children I realized that mamas needed more support! I didn’t know that a postpartum doula was a “thing” and I realized I had been doing this most of my life! I have been a doula full time for three years now!!

*I did my training and certification through the and now serve on the council as secretary.

*I count myself as one of the few people that truly love their “job”. Being a doula has never felt like work to me. Supporting families through their most vulnerable moments and getting to be there for them fills me with so much joy, I truly count myself lucky to be able to do this.
