Kalos Comprehensive Care We offer LGBQ+ &T affirming primary medical care (including hormones) & counseling, as well as to your allied friends and family. NO THERAPY REQUIRED.

Within the Triad & across NC (in-person/virtually) we strive to meet the primary medical needs for our LGBQ+&T community by ensuring
gender informed and affirming services. We offer evaluations for blockers, hormones, surgical procedures, assistance with a complete legal name change, and gender marker changes. If you are trans we offer hormones under International Standards of Care developed by W

PATH. We follow the informed consent approach team model. We are able to provide evaluations and hormone treatment often at your first visit.
