June is Men's Mental health Awareness Month. Many men often don't feel they can express themselves or are shamed for doing so. Let's start changing that narrative. If you know a man (which I am sure you do!) give them an ear, a shoulder, and an opportunity to speak to you openly about their thoughts and feelings. It could make all the difference.
