Your feet do a lot for you. Today’s a good day to return the favor. 👣

Celebrate "I Love My Feet Day" by showing your feet a little extra love:

• Wear shoes that fit properly and provide the right support
• Don’t ignore ongoing heel, arch or ankle pain
• Check your feet regularly for changes in the skin or nails
• Keep nails trimmed properly to help prevent ingrown toenails
• If something doesn’t feel right, get it checked before a small problem becomes a bigger one

Taking care of your feet today can help keep you moving comfortably for years to come!

You heard a pop. You can still walk. So it can't be your Achilles... right?

Not necessarily.

One of the biggest misconceptions about an Achilles tendon rupture is that you won't be able to walk. In reality, many people can still bear weight, causing them to mistake the injury for a calf strain or ankle sprain and delay treatment.

Learn the warning signs, what to do if you suspect an injury, and why early diagnosis can make all the difference.
