😴Sleep isn't a luxury—it's a foundation for your health.

If you're constantly running on empty, your body is paying attention. Chronic sleep deprivation can affect your mood, pain levels, hormones, and even sexual function.

✨ Protect your sleep. Keep a consistent routine. And if you're dealing with symptoms like loud snoring, persistent insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, or frequent nighttime waking, don't ignore them—talk to your healthcare provider.

Small changes can make a big difference!

What if these diagnoses aren’t separate problems?

Too often, EDS, POTS, MCAS, endometriosis—even hip dysplasia—are treated as unrelated conditions. But they frequently overlap.

If we’re only treating symptoms in isolation, we’re missing the bigger picture.

Your connective tissue, nervous system, immune system, hips, pelvic floor—and yes, even your voice—are all connected. The body is telling one story. We have to learn how to listen.

We often think desire should happen instantly. 💭

But for many people, desire is responsive - it grows through emotional connection, feeling safe, and experiencing pleasure. And that's not "less than." It's simply another healthy way desire can work.

✨ The goal isn't to force desire. It's to create the conditions where it has the opportunity to emerge.

"Your pelvic floor is tight because you're anxious."

I hear this all the time—and it's far too simplistic.

While anxiety can play a role, pelvic floor guarding can also be influenced by endometriosis, hypermobility, hip dysplasia, postpartum and menopausal changes, trauma, breathing and movement patterns, and more.

✨ Your symptoms deserve curiosity, not assumptions.

"Just relax."
It may be well-intentioned, but it's rarely helpful…

Pain, low desire, and sexual dysfunction aren't simply a matter of "relaxing." They can be influenced by the nervous system, hormones, medical conditions, relationships, and so much more.

In this clip from the finale episode, I explain why it's time to retire this common piece of advice.

As we wrap up Season 5, I wanted to end with a conversation that I believe so many people need to hear.

Too often, low libido and sexual pain are treated as isolated hormonal, psychological, or relationship problems. But what if the issue isn't that you're not trying hard enough? What if your body is simply exhausted, chronically stressed, or doesn't have the physiological capacity for pleasure?

In this episode, I explore the powerful connection between sleep, stress, libido, hormones, and sexual pain—and why restoring your body's capacity for rest, recovery, and nervous system regulation may be one of the most important steps toward improving sexual health.

Thank you for being part of another incredible season. I'm so grateful you've joined me for these conversations, and I can't wait to share what's ahead in Season 6! Until then, I hope this episode reminds you to extend yourself the same compassion and curiosity you so freely give to others. ❤️

Hot off the press! Fringe’s new abdominal light therapy belt is here! It pairs red and near-infrared light — including a longer near-infrared wavelength than our current wrap — with vibration. Emerging science supports it may help ease pain associated with menstrual cramps and general pelvic pain. It may ease discomfort associated with endometriosis, and may offer post-surgical comfort following C-sections and laparoscopic procedures. It may also support ovarian wellness and preconception wellness.

For a deeper dive into the research please feel free to check out this blog: How Red Light Therapy Supports Abdominal and Pelvic Health
