Join guest speaker David Stample, RMT, for a welcoming introduction to Reiki and the foundations of energy healing. This beginner friendly session explores what Reiki is, the history of Mikao Usui, the five Reiki principles, basic chakra knowledge, and practical hand placements for self healing and supporting others.

Through guided meditation and hands on practice, you will experience Reiki for yourself while learning grounding techniques, cleansing rituals, and the theory behind the practice.

Perfect for anyone curious about energy work, not ready for an attunement yet, or wanting to understand Reiki before committing to deeper study. All experience levels welcome.
