👏 Congratulations to John Jones, SMO’s July Team Member of the Month!
John joined SMO as a Cleaning Technician in North Carolina in February and has already made a strong impression through his dependability, positive attitude and willingness to step up when needed.

When our Georgia team needed additional support, John didn’t hesitate to help. His manager recognized not only his strong work ethic, but the leadership he demonstrated through his actions.

John says he appreciates the consistency of his work, the opportunities he’s been given and SMO’s down-to-earth management team.

When an unexpected floor-waxing project came in at the last minute, Julio and the team adjusted their schedules, started work Friday night and completed the project on Saturday. Their responsiveness and hard work earned immediate praise from the customer.

Julio’s commitment to getting the job done — and done well — is a terrific example of the service and teamwork we value at SMO.

Faced with a last-minute floor project in particularly challenging condition, Pascula was willing to jump in Friday night and help make sure the work was completed before Monday. The customer was so pleased with the results that he called the SMO team “fantastic!”

That willingness to step up when a customer needs us is exactly the kind of commitment the iCare Award celebrates.
