Review from Tor's Family
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When you are lose your fur-child, your co-pilot, your soul dog, you don't think you can ever smile again. Especially when they are ill, and you begin grieving even before they cross the rainbow bridge, you feel that joy is gone from your life forever. Losing my Victoria was, and is, one of the worst troughs of my life.
But then you meet Tracey Bowyer. Then you meet the amazing team at Triad Pet Cremation & Cemetery. And you realize you have suddenly gained a second family for life in Tracey, Jackson, Barb, and the amazing team she leads at TPC, and wonderful mortuary transport folks like Aaron from DART.
Let me spend a moment telling you about Tracey. You want your fur-child, or your scale-child, or your feather-child to live forever. However, when they pass, you want Tracey at your side. She not only takes care of your furbaby, but she takes care of YOU, the human being, that loved that furbaby. She understands that the life that passed is your family member and is no less than just because he or she was a non-human animal. Tracey sits with you in your sorrow, your grief, your anger, and she helps you find laughter, joy, and humour recalling memories while you cry together. I have never seen someone go above and beyond the way Tracey does. She communicates via text, email, or phone calls, at all hours of the day. She gets to actually know your angel, and your relationship with him or her. Nothing is put on or just for show. She came up with a nickname for Victoria that we chose for her urn. I'm not joking when I tell you: within one email interaction, Tracey became family.
And you *will* feel the same when you meet her. She's just that kind of person!
Tracey's heart and leadership trickles down through all of Triad Pet Cremation and Cemetery. Her son Jackson is a quiet yet beautiful force in his own regard. He helped ferry my angel across the rainbow bridge, and put his blood, sweet, tears to make memorable keepsakes. Knowing that Jackson helped Victoria as she crossed over meant the world to me. Then there was Aaron, who came to pick her up, and waited for 20-25 mins while my family and I said goodbye. As my service dog for over a decade, I couldn't stop hugging her. Aaron understood the pain, and was so considerate in how he handled her. Then, there was Barb at the main office, who is Tracey's right hand and helps things run so smoothly. This place is run on faith and love; you will find angels in everyone at TPC.
Before you make the call, before you reach out to TPC, you will be at your lowest. Your world will have shattered. Your heart will have broken in a way that can never be put right again.
However, you will find a whole new heart in Tracey and the Triad Pet Cremation family. She will hold your heart for you while it breaks. She will give you courage while you fall apart. She will hold you strong when you're at your weakest. And, in that bond, you will find joy in knowing that any animal, bird, reptile that joins your family in the future--well, when your heart breaks all over again, Tracey is there to take care of you all over again. Even if you have to travel from the Triangle or Charlotte areas, it is worth making the trek. Tracey's leadership and care means TPC is not a business. It is truly a service, one done fully out of love, and that comes from the top down. Her genuine care for each and every one of God's creatures comes through in everything she does.
I never anticipated finding a life-long friend upon the loss of my Victoria. But, lo and behold, a force named Tracey Bowyer came into my life, and it has been the silver lining of my angel's passing. Without a doubt, I recommend Triad Pet Cremation when the time comes for your fur-/feather-/scale-child to cross the rainbow bridge. This is who you want your angels to be surrounded by and taken care of when the time comes. And this is who YOU need to be surrounded by and taken care of when the time comes as well.
My heartfelt gratitude to Tracey and the entire TPC team for everything you did for our Victoria and us. We truly love you.
