Pain isn't always a sign that something is "damaged"—but it is your body's way of telling you something needs attention.

The sooner you understand what's driving your pain, the sooner you can start moving in the right direction. You don't have to wait until it's unbearable or keep hoping it'll go away on its own.

Not sure where to start? Schedule a FREE injury screen and let's figure it out together.

💥Pain can feel scary. But pain doesn’t always mean something is damaged.

Pain is your body’s alarm system⏰ — designed to protect you. Sometimes that alarm becomes a little too sensitive, especially after injury, stress, or long periods of guarding a movement.

The good news? Your nervous system can calm down, adapt, and relearn safe movement. 🤸‍♂️

Understanding pain is often the first step toward healing. 👣

If you’ve been avoiding movement because you’re afraid you’re making something worse, let’s talk about it. 👏

After a storm, warming back up takes time—and so does calming your nervous system. 🔥
Hope you’ve been able to soak in some extra family time, slow things down, and just breathe a little.
Consider this your reminder to exhale.

Had the honor of representing Narrow Road PT as a vendor at the Living Rested Conference last month with Christians in the Marketplace. 💛
This weekend was such a beautiful reminder that true rest in the Lord fuels the way we work and serve others.

A special shoutout to Dr. Julius Koonce—one of the most genuine and impactful mentors I’ve ever had.

Thank you, CIMP, for creating spaces where believers can be equipped and encouraged to carry Christ into the Marketplace. What a gift this weekend was!
