My name is Shirena Smith, MSW, LCSW, Cht, Certified Doula(DONA), and I bring over 20 years of experience in mental and maternal health. I am passionate about supporting doulas and other professionals by offering specialized consultation an

d training that helps build deeper understanding and stronger relationships with clients. Whether it's enhancing knowledge of mental health diagnoses, developing effective communication and relationship-building skills, or providing educational training for supporting families, I am dedicated to equipping you with the tools to support both pregnant individuals and their loved ones.
