There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the setbacks, and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right, pray for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Some days will be harder than others. Falling down is a part of life, getting back up is living. Rise up!!! Don't bury your one life with "if onlys"! Surrender and let go of the pain and sorrow! It's truly a matter of changing your way of thinking!!! One moment at a time! Be gentle on yourself! Release and surrender!

Recently I was telling a friend of mine how important it is to SURRENDER. It is very freeing! So how do we surrender?
Surrendering to the Universe/God means releasing the need to control every outcome and trusting the natural flow of life. By softening your grip on how things "should" happen, you quiet your ego, reduce anxiety, and open yourself up to divine timing, peace, and new possibilities. Exploring this practice involves a few actionable steps you can try today:
Identify your fears: Notice where you are trying to force results due to fear of the unknown.
Use surrender mantras: When worry arises, try repeating, "I surrender this to You. I trust the process".
Practice meditation: Sit quietly and focus entirely on your breath to release attachment to expectations.
Look for synchronicities: Notice how life naturally unfolds in your favor when you stop resisting.
Posting reminders on your mirror may help you to remember this practice!

We always hear, "Be Grateful"! One of my many mantras is "I am grateful, thankful and blessed". I try to repeat this throughout the day, even on the toughest days, which can be challenging!

Being grateful offers numerous benefits that enhance overall well-being.

Improved Mental Health
Gratitude has been linked to reduced feelings of envy, resentment, and frustration. It promotes positive emotions and enhances psychological health, leading to greater overall happiness

Better Physical Health
Grateful individuals often report fewer health complaints, improved sleep quality, and lower levels of stress. This can lead to better immune function and overall physical well-being
