Since becoming Admissions Coordinator in July 2025, Shakeira has been a dedicated and compassionate member of the Guilford Health Care Center team. She consistently goes above and beyond to support residents, families, and referral partners while maintaining a positive, team-first attitude. We are honored to celebrate Sidmon Miller as Guilford’s July Employee of the Month.
Sidmon’s journey from Housekeeping to Certified Nursing Assistant reflects her dedication, compassion, and commitment to resident care. After completing the company’s accelerated Nurse Aide training program and earning her CNA certification, she became a valued member of the skilled nursing team.

Known for her kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond, Sidmon makes a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and coworkers every day. Her passion for helping others and commitment to excellence make her a truly deserving recipient of our July Employee of the Month award. We are proud to have her as part of the Guilford family.
