This summer, I’ll be hosting a free virtual book club centered around The Relaxed Woman by Nicola Jane Hobbs.
Together, we’ll explore themes of rest, self-worth, boundaries, and what it means to step away from constant striving and into a more sustainable way of being.
We’ll gather once a month on Zoom for reflection, conversation, and connection. This is not an academic discussion group or a place to get everything “right.” It’s a space for curiosity, community, and thoughtful conversation.
There is no pressure to have all the answers, finish every page, or share if you don’t want to. Just come as you are.
