More specifically, we’re a Life Plan Community, also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), which is a type of retirement community that offers an independent lifestyle along with a full continuum of care. 🍅🥒 Fresh produce and even fresher smiles! 🌽🍑

Today, our Assisted Living residents, along with a few of our Memory Care residents, enjoyed a special pop-up Farmers Market right here in our community. Residents were able to “shop” for fresh fruits and vegetables, choosing the items they wanted to take home and enjoy.

One of our gentlemen summed up the day perfectly when he said, “I just came to watch the smiles on the ladies’ faces.” 💚

His words reminded us that sometimes the greatest joy comes from watching others experience happiness. Today wasn’t just about fresh produce—it was about choice, independence, socializing, and the simple pleasure of picking out something you love.

It’s amazing how the little things can create the biggest smiles. ❤️
