As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we serve patients with or without insurance and connect families to the resources they need to thrive. (TAPM), is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center. TAPM is a non-profit healthcare provider serving Guilford County and the surrounding area. TAPM is one of the largest providers of healthcare services for adults and children in Guilford County, In Greens

boro, TAPM has one pediatric medical site, and two family medicine sites. In High Point, TAPM has 2 family medicine sites. (TAPM) provides an integrated care medical home. A medical home is a doctor’s office where the staff knows their patients, their children and the families. As a medical home TAPM knows a patient’s health history. TAPM is a place where patients can come for check-ups, sick care, immunizations and special health care needs. (TAPM) is accepting new patients at all practices. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurances and offer a sliding scale fee. We service patients regardless of their ability to pay.

Last week, we celebrated the one-year anniversary of TAPM Dental and an exciting new chapter: the expansion of our dental services to adult patients!

We’re proud of our incredible dental team and all they’ve accomplished over the past year. Their dedication to providing compassionate, high-quality care has helped build a strong foundation for TAPM Dental, and we’re excited to now serve even more members of our community.

To wrap up National Health Center Week 2026, we celebrated the one-year anniversary of TAPM Dental and the expansion of our practice to include adult dental care!

Day 3 of National Health Center Week!

Today, we partnered with Hub 4 Hope for our Food is Medicine Town Hall at Evangel Fellowship Church .

Attendees learned about TAPM's mission, the work we do in our community, and the purpose behind our Food is Medicine Program. They also had the opportunity to have their blood pressure checked by our team.

A special thank you to Mel Goodwin-Hurley and Tim Gallagher from the North Carolina Community Health Center Association for joining us and showing their support!

Mr. Banks serves as the Resident Engagement Services Manager at Greensboro Housing Authority and will represent our patients as a patient advocate on the Board. We are honored to receive proclamations from both City of Greensboro and City of High Point Government in recognition of National Health Center Week and the important role community health centers play in improving the health of our communities.
