🌊☀️ Life is better on the Dan River! 🛟💦

Our Well-Spring residents traded their usual routine for a day of sunshine, laughter and adventure as they took to the water for a tubing trip down the Dan River! From floating beneath the bridges to soaking up the summer sun, this group proved that you’re never too old for a little river fun. 😎

There were plenty of smiles, plenty of splashes, and—most importantly—plenty of memories made together. ❤️

That’s what life at Well-Spring is all about: getting out, trying something new, enjoying the moment and making memories with friends.

Something new is coming to Greensboro! 🎤

Kintura is proud to introduce the Stephen P. Fleming Speakers Forum – a new speaker series bringing thought-provoking voices, fresh perspectives and meaningful conversations to our community.

The series kicks off Sept. 1 at Well-Spring with nationally recognized senior living thought leader Bob Kramer, followed by six-time Emmy Award-winning “CBS Sunday Morning” correspondent Conor Knighton on Oct. 10.

Tickets for Bob Kramer are on sale now for $19.74, with tickets for Conor Knighton available beginning Aug. 31.

Our 2nd Annual Dinner and a Movie was a wonderful evening of great food, film and community!

Residents enjoyed a screening of Julie & Julia, the inspiring story of Julia Child's life in France and her journey to writing her iconic cookbook, Mastering the Art of French Cooking.

After the movie, everyone gathered family-style to enjoy a delicious French-inspired dinner featuring recipes inspired by her cookbook.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible dining and events teams for creating such a memorable experience and to everyone who helped make the evening such a success.

We’re proud to have welcomed the talented students from Elon University Music Theatre to our community yesterday for a special performance of Antigone 1989: A Town Hall Musical.

As they prepare to represent their program at the prestigious Edinburgh Festival Fringe, our residents had the unique opportunity to experience this thought-provoking production before it takes the international stage. Thank you to the cast, crew, and faculty for sharing your incredible talent with us, and best of luck in Edinburgh—we’ll be cheering you on from North Carolina!

What happens when you give yourself permission to try something new?

Last evening, the Well-Spring community celebrated the incredible journey of 25 artists who embraced the "Joy of Discovery" through our Creative Arts classes this past year. For many, this was their very first experience creating and exhibiting their art. What began as curiosity blossomed into confidence, creativity, and a remarkable collection of work. Every painting, drawing and mixed media piece represents more than artistic skill- it reflects the courage to begin, the excitement of learning and the joy of discovering talents that may have been waiting a lifetime to emerge. The exhibit will be up through September. We invite you to experience this inspiring exhibition. Their work is a beautiful reminder that creativity has no expiration date and today is great day to learn something new about yourself!
