Join us in congratulating Courtney on an incredible achievement! 🎉

We are so proud to share that Courtney is now officially a Registered Nurse! 👩‍⚕️💙

What makes this accomplishment even more special is that her journey started right here at Westmoreland Manor. She began as a student in our CNA training program, joined our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and through hard work, determination, and dedication to her profession, has now reached her goal of becoming an RN.

Throughout her journey, Courtney has continually demonstrated a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents while pursuing her education and professional growth. Her perseverance and passion have been inspiring to everyone around her.

We are thrilled that she has chosen to continue her career with us as a full-time Registered Nurse. Watching her grow from CNA student to RN has been truly rewarding, and we couldn't be prouder of all she has accomplished.

If you have experience with healthcare insurance, resident accounts, Medicare/Medicaid, and enjoy helping residents and families navigate the financial side of long-term care, we'd love to hear from you.

Starting Rate: $20.10/hour
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (with some flexibility to meet resident and family needs)
