✨ Meet the Therapists Behind B.E. ✨

We’re Dani and Alyssa — the clinicians behind B.E. Art Therapy & Counseling.

We created this practice out of a shared belief that therapy should feel grounded, creative, and deeply human. Our work is trauma-informed and relational at its core, supporting children, teens, families, and adults here in Greensburg.

Dani works with children, teens, families, and adults, offering creative, relational, and supportive care across the lifespan. Clients who connect well with Dani often value curiosity, creativity, and even humor in the therapeutic process. She invites clients to explore art and creative expression as pathways toward insight and growth.

Alyssa primarily works with adults, focusing on attachment, relationship patterns, identity exploration, and healing from betrayal and relational trauma. Clients who connect well with Alyssa appreciate metaphor, reflective dialogue, and space to think deeply with room for both seriousness and subtle humor along the way.

Though our approaches have their own strengths, we share the same foundation: thoughtful, evidence-based care rooted in connection.

🎨 What Is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is an evidence-based mental health practice that integrates creative processes with psychotherapy. All trained art therapists are educated in the Expressive Arts Continuum (ETC) — a foundational, neuroscience-informed framework used to understand how individuals process emotions, thoughts, and sensory experiences through creative expression.

The ETC helps guide clinical decision-making, allowing art therapists to intentionally select interventions that support emotional regulation, insight, and healing at different levels of processing.

You don’t need to be “good at art.”
You just need a space where healing can happen in more than one way.
