This week, we're excited to introduce Katie Milby, one of our compassionate Targeted Case Managers at Heart & Soul Counseling!

Katie holds a Master's degree in School Counseling and is dedicated to helping children and families overcome challenges by connecting them with the support and resources they need. She works closely with schools, providers, and caregivers to advocate for her clients and ensure they have access to services that promote growth, stability, and success.

Katie believes that strong relationships are the foundation of meaningful change. Her goal is to empower clients with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive in their daily lives.

When she's not working, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and traveling with her family. She also treasures the quiet life on the family farm, where she enjoys slowing down, making memories, and appreciating God's beautiful creation.

We're thankful for Katie's heart for serving others and the care, compassion, and dedication she brings to our team each day. 💙

Sometimes, knowing where to start is the hardest part. That’s where Targeted Case Management (TCM) can help.

TCMs support clients in navigating challenges, connecting with community resources, coordinating services, and working toward personal goals. This may include help accessing food, clothing, school supplies, housing, transportation, healthcare, education, benefits, and other essential resources.

✨ You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Our goal is to provide support and help you connect with the right resources, navigate available services, and take steps toward greater stability and independence.

Heart and Soul Counseling is looking for a FULL-TIME SCHOOL-BASED THERAPIST to join our growing team!

🏫 School schedule or year-round schedule available based on preference and position needs!

We are looking for a licensed or pre-licensed mental-health professional with a master's degree and the appropriate license/credentials to practice independently or under supervision, as applicable.

Required:

• Master’s degree in a mental health or closely related field from an accredited university.
• Qualifying degree may include Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, Health and Human Services, or another related mental-health discipline.
• Must hold a current professional license or be a pre-licensed professional practicing under the appropriate supervision.
• Candidates who have completed their master’s degree and are in the process of obtaining their professional license are encouraged to apply.
• Must meet all applicable state requirements for practicing within their current level of licensure, certification, or supervision.
• Strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, client-centered, and strengths-based care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, schools, and other professionals as applicable.

Looking for a fun and meaningful way for your child or teen to spend Fall Break?

Join Heart & Soul Counseling for our Fall Break H.E.A.R.T. Program, where children and teens (ages 4–17) will participate in engaging therapeutic activities designed to build important life skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Throughout the week, participants will explore topics such as:

Today we're excited to introduce Robyn Netherland, one of our dedicated School-Based Mental Health Clinicians at Heart & Soul Counseling!

With over 26 years of experience in the school setting and more than a decade providing therapy services, Robyn is passionate about helping students build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate life's challenges. She believes in caring for the whole child by partnering with families, educators, and school staff to support students both emotionally and academically.

Robyn proudly serves Campbellsville Independent Schools at the elementary level, providing compassionate, student-centered care that helps children thrive in and beyond the classroom.

We're grateful to have Robyn on our team and for the difference she makes in the lives of students and families every day. 💙
