Copper had his yearly wellness visit at KVet Animal Care today! A big thank you to his veterinarians, Dr. Koneggar and Dr. White, as well as his vet tech, Heather, who even completed part of his exam while he relaxed comfortably in the sink. Copper received his necessary vaccinations and had bloodwork done to ensure he’s in tip-top shape. He was such a brave and well-behaved kitty throughout his entire appointment!

We were lucky enough to meet this sweet guy today! 🐾💙

Welcome Thor, a 7-month-old Doberman who is currently training with Working Dogs Westmoreland Therapy Dogs. Thor came all the way from Mexico and, so far, responds only to Spanish commands!

He had the special opportunity to meet our Spanish-speaking resident, Raquel, who happily chatted with him in his native tongue. She couldn’t believe how big he is for his age, saying, “¿Él es solo un bebé?????” (Translation: He is just a baby????) 🥹

We can’t wait to watch Thor continue his journey and hopefully see him again soon! 🐶✨

The Roaming Bean provided the perfect boost of caffeine to kick off our day. ☕
